The picture that Khaled Misaytif shot of his son Muhammad being bounced at a border crossing is repeated here with identical results. However, this time around, the 15-month-old boy is equipped with something more in the form of prosthetic legs.

Muhammad, who was born without arms or legs, along with his parents, returned to their village in Idlib, Syria, on Thursday with new legs, expressing their excitement and appreciation to Turkey for their assistance. Muhammad was born without arms or legs.

When Khaled uploaded images of the boy on social media, begging for aid from Turkey, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu arranged for the family to come to Hatay in September. Hatay is a region that borders Syria.

After that, Muhammad was sent to the nation’s capital of Ankara to receive his new implants. After being in the facility for a period of seven weeks during which he was taught how to walk with artificial legs, he eventually made his way back to the tent in Idlib in which his family had taken refuge. A significant number of people who were forced to flee their homes as a result.

On Thursday, Khaled Misaytif reported to Anadolu Agency (AA) that the initial phase of his son’s therapy had finished, and that the family would soon return to Turkey for follow-up care. We would like to express our gratitude to the Turkish government.

He continued by saying, “We would also like to extend our gratitude to (first lady) Emine Erdoan for hosting us at the Presidential Complex and supporting us throughout our journey.”

He stated that his son will be able to acquire another set of prosthetic legs that would allow him to move. “Muhammad is grinning at this moment, and he has the same feelings as the other children. The parent stated that his son is now able to play with other children.
